Our concrete wood like products were developed as a solution to the
ongoing concern of the new building codes and insurance requirements that are changing all around the world due to devestating wildfires. Our materials are completely non combustible, rot proof, non warping and very durable. We can produce custom: Rafter sizes, wood grains and colors that are integral in the concrete. Our materials can also be patched, painted or stained to look like a wood product of your design with all of the same benefits from our concrete.

All of our Rafters, Eave Panels, Fascia's are manufactured from a high strength glass fiber reinforced concrete at .65" thick, creating a lightweight product. These products can be mechanically attached to wood rafters and eaves
using a screws and adhesives.All of these products are Laboratory tested and have a Class A fire rating ASTM E84
Currently all of these Materials are custom made per project because there are many variations and sizes possible.
Rafters and Beams can be made up to 16 feet long.
Weight is 6 pounds per square foot of material surface area.

Each custom project will be priced out as a whole
Installation Instructions will be provided per project but all parts will be mechanically fastened to structural wood or steel.
